Hey guys,

I'm getting two of THESE (7970 LTG blocks) but was wondering how I would be able to do something similar to this:
TJ11parallel.jpg

(yes, I was pretty bored:p)

With the old style blocks I'd have been fine, but with the new blocks it's more difficult due to the holes. I would use a bridge, but the key part is I want the tubes exactly as shown, 2 tubes. 1 going through the GPUs to the CPU and another coming back from the CPU through the GPUs...

Is this possible using a bridge?

Any help appreciated!

Haven't used a bridge but I think the parallel bridge can be used for that exact purpose!
I did try going parallel loop with just one GPU and CPU, but my CPU idle temps went up by 10C, load temps by about 6C(SIngle D5 on setting 5)
Flow seems to be very poor as well!
But since you have 2 D5s(yes I know you bought 2 ;)) you might be ok there flow wise!

EDIT :
Isn't the window of the TJ11 supposed to be on the other side?

I only have 1!!!! per loop

With the bridge, the only pics I've see are with 1 tube going in and one coming out, I'm hoping that what I want is possible with a bridge :D

It's an artist's impression, the window can be on any side :p

I ran my 580 and i5 parallel for quite a while, only had a couple of degrees increase in temps. That was with a DDC 18W.

You are right its not possible with those blocks without a bridge, but looking at the new bridges its seems its only got two inlets at the bottom and one at the top on the side? Or is there one on either side at the top? Either way it might look a bit strange with the tubing coming out the sides into either the cpu or the other end.
