Yup it was very warm. I think the ihs was poor
Used this too on a delid 4670k. Nice temp drop - just be careful when installing the waterblock. Half turns on each corner and then another until the block is firmly seated. My initial attempt had uneven pressure - temps will quickly show if thats the case. Loosen and redo the seating if thats the case.
