EK-Supremacy thermal compound.

The EK-Supremacy comes with it's own thermal compound. I have always used arctic silver 5, is there anything special about the supplied compound or am I ok to use AS5?

There wont be that much difference, but you can use the AS5 no worries ( I would)

That block comes with Indigo Xtreme! use it!
There are far better TIM than AS5. Indigo Xtreme is one of the better ones.

I just had a look and unless indigo xtreme comes in a standard tube instead of the 'sticker' that does not appear to be what my cpu block came with.

I don't believe thermal paste makes the big difference that people claim it does in terms of performance.

Outside of that though, I'm fairly sure you don't want to use AS on a copper waterblock due to it reacting or something, I think it tarnishes it.

I got Gelid extreme thermal paste in my supremacy, used it and it seems ok.
