EK Supreme correct orientation, help

Im no expert. Infact a total noob at H2o.

But should it matter.

You can always try both ways to see which is best.

Its does not matter but some people apparently report better temps horizontally.

The block is designed to be mounted either way.

I am gonna mount mine Vertically! :)
 
B has been reported to give better temperatures by a few people but it's not concrete testing by any means.

I believe you can't with the Blitz as the mounting plate is too big.

Yup, that's a solution but it's a poor show from EK. I'm pretty sure the block doesn't mount vertically on my P35-TR2 and that's got one hell of a clean socket area.
 
Mounting it vertically with the outlet at the top wont cause too many problems on this blitz, I will just have to either:

1, replace the top mosfet heatsink with BGA ramsinks (which luckily I have)
2, dremel off the top of the mosfet heatsink to make clearance for the oversized mounting plate
3, dremel the mounting plate!
4, make a new custom made mounting plate

Number 1 is the easiest and requires no skill, just some ramsinks.
