I am waiting for my parts to arrive(Impatiently) and this is the question I have to ask.

I have seen several ways of fixing the cpu block, horizontally, Vertically & Horizontal up side down.
Is there a "right" or "better" way of mounting the block?

I can understand the vertical up side down will give better tubing arrangement.

P.S.
Using a EK Supreme HF Full Nickel on Q6600

Kinda really makes no difference, i would personally try and mount it so the tube routing is at its best.

It does actually. The EK Supreme HF should be mounted horizontally. It tells you this in the fitting instructions that come with it.

It's also worth changing the plate as the one fitted as standard is the worst performing one. The #1 plate is the best performing but adds some restriction to the loop. I used the #2 plate in my block. See this review for full details.
