as above the full copper block, the leak is on the bottom /cpu side of the block, seems to be coming from where the retention bracket is sandwiched between the two pieces of copper.anyone seen this before?

Do you have a picture of the leakage?

It might help the EK rep here to diagnose for you as well.

unfortunatly not mate, loop now drained and block disconected.the block is only two months old so i didnt want to open it up ,just took it out..

Strip it down and check the O rings as it sounds that one is not seted properly, been piched or has failed. Clean it up, reseat the O rings and retighten the 4 screws. Put it in a loop by itself and test it for several hours.

not opened the block ,also my usualy solid graphics graphics card gave up the ghost last week, maybe too much of a coincedence.have i got any come back if this is the case?(not at this time saying it is just wondering)

Were the graphics cards watercooled and in the same loop? I ask as you may have some form of restriction in the loop, possibly coolant buildup in the cpu blocks jetplate/fins. Do you use a coloured coolant by any chance?
