Has anyone run an EK 1700 Velocity CPU water block as of yet? Mine just arrived but I won’t be running it for a few days until I get other bits of the build sorted. Will be mounted to a 12900k. It’s pretty bulky, beautiful looking, and heavy as fk (full nickel version). I hope it fits in my motherboard!! :)

This unit has a massive amount of metal mass. Am really curious as to how it performs against the 1150 full nickel magnitude. So much surface area.

I have the Satin Titanium + Nickel version on order. Other than the O11 Evo case it's the last part I need to start building.
Figured the satin version would go better with the white Asus Formula. I'm also hoping the inlet lines up horizontally with the VRM inlet on the motherboard.

My Satin + Nickel block has shipped. :)
Gonna paint the black aluminium bit white to suit my build. I'm assuming the EK logo is just stuck on with adhesive?

Without actually fitting the new 1700 Velocity block yet, based on a 'test' placement it does look as if the inlet lines up horizontally with the inlet for the VRM block on the Z690 formula.
So I'm planning on putting a T Junction where the CPU inlet is so the loop splits. and then reforms with another T Junction after the outlet.
