Does anyone know where i can get a front evo xl distro plate that does not require a pump ?? as i have a ek dualpump that i could use instead lol and would cut the cost down...

Send ocuk a Web note
Asking them
You're unlikely to get a reply
From ocuk staff in this section about eta

Also check b grade
They come up in there sometimes
Been tempted to get one before in b grade
As mines version 1 and not matrix 7 compatible

Just came into stock on EK`s website so i got it from there, its a no brainer.

ocuk sell it for £410 i managed to get it from ek @14% off for £308 .... ;)

UK tax included? That’s the issue buying from abroad now. Was looking some other website, up to 70% off, but add tax on orders over £135 (including shipping), and sometimes isn’t worth.

Yeah that price is incl tax... bought stuff before from EK webshop and the price i pay for stuff is the price i pay.. i never needed to pay extra...
i think also the ek pump they use on this distro plate is a full size d5 pump ;) so should be plenty powerfull for 3x 360mm rads to cool a 4090 and 5950x ;);)

Happy to hear they did t slap tax on top of your shop once it reached here. Just a coincidence I was looking something on their website and was greeted by the message that, orders over £135 (shipping included in the order final value), would be liable to local taxation here, to be paid but the buyer.
About the D5, is plenty. Unless you use very restrictive waterblocks and radiators (waterblocks are worse) that cripple the flow rate, the pump won’t break a sweat. The thing that affected flow rate the most for me, after the Alphacool Edge waterblock, was a 90 degrees fitting right out the pump outlet. Maybe a combination of other things in the loop, but removing it helped a lot. But you can always run the pump faster, as the D5 is usually very quiet.

yeah the pump should be fast enough i hope + im using soft tubing as im always changing stuff in my pc so hard tubing would be a pain in the a""
as for tax yeah i seen that also bought something for £158 was the last order from them and they didnt charge anything apart from what i paid... we shall see, if i get taxed a lot more than say £50 i will refuse to pay and they can send it back lol

Despite what most people use, I never used hard tubing. May look symmetrical, but the looks of the ZMT and some nickel fittings is priceless. And as you pointed, much easier to deal with when something needs to be taken apart.

Yup i wasnt so lucking just got stung with import tax/duty tax £73.60 ARghhhhhh

i weighed in the pro`s and con`s lol and decided to pay it, still even counting the tax + payment = £385 for the distro block. its still cheaper than paying £410 from ocuk + they have it as preorder so no stock anyway, but damn that import/tax/duty/tax/ is beyond the joke in price.

Yes. The problem is that we’re being charged tax twice. If it was only the import, understandable, but paying tax as if we’re in the EU plus importing tax is a bummer.
I was seriously considering the Onwin Modfree, but the already expensive case plus importing taxes makes it a hard buy. Adding £100+ pushes it into another level of cases, way more than I think the case is worth, regardless of the cool idea of modularity.
