Looks like crud has dropped out of your fluid. You can clean the block but will have to break the warranty seal.

I did clean out the radiator, and using distilled water

also the marks look like they are between the nickel and perspex, but in a typically air tight bit...

Considering how much such a build costs and your own time and effort spent building it the end game is if you should contact EWKB stating you want permission to break the seal without voiding the warranty to clean it up yourself if that's possible or just show the pic's as the reason why you want a replacement.

What they doing then?

Nothing, I shouldn't have put reactive metals together, they did offer me advice

"If you are using a silver coil in the loop, than this is probably the cause of this as it is not compatible with Nickel plating and it can lead to a corrosion. This are probably the early signs of corrosion because of the silver coil you are using.

I suggest draining the loop, cleaning and flushing it thoroughly and refilling it with a dedicated water cooling coolant. "
