EK Water Blocks, premium PC liquid cooling gear manufacturer from Slovenia, is proud to announce EK-Predator AIO product line, the next big thing that will shake up the liquid cooling market. Originally custom loop parts manufacturer for enthusiast segment is now offering high end complete all-in-one (AIO) liquid cooling solutions for the mainstream market.

EK has taken top performing, market proven components from its existing Enthusiast product line and assembled them together into one compact pre-filled solution. Absolutely no compromises were made when designing the EK-Predator. Enthusiasts and PC builders alike will truly get the best of what the market can offer in a compact, expandable, out-of-the-box liquid cooling solution.

EK-Predator is pre-filled and pre-assembled CPU liquid cooling unit. It comes in two different versions; 240mm and 360mm and provides extreme cooling performance unseen in the AIO segment so far. It also uses EK-Vardar high static pressure fans in combination with PWM controls to provide minimal noise footprint, which is a common issue for existing AIO users.

Technical highlights:

Hovercore is a new, revolutionary design of radiator dampeners that prevents transfer of pump vibrations further down the unit and into the chassis, thus resulting in vibration free and silent operation.

Supremacy MX CPU water block, top performer in Enthusiast segment, is specifically designed for Intel CPUs and offers great hydraulic and thermal performance. Carefully machined copper base is made from purest copper available and is further polished to absolute mirror finish. This alone greatly improves the cooling performance of the block.

CoolStream PE radiator – 240mm or 360mm, has a full Copper core being superior to aluminum alternatives in terms of heat dissipation. In conjunction with EK-Vardar fans the result is increased performance across an entire fan operational range, thus delivering results both at low and high airflow operation.

Vardar fans – two on Predator 240 and three on Predator 360 – are high static pressure fans developed in-house specifically for liquid cooling systems. With low noise profile and PWM technology built in, you can always control the RPM and keep the fans silent while maintaining excellent cooling performance.

DDC pump is a powerful 6W liquid cooling pump providing 2-3x higher flow rate compared to other AIOs on the market. It’s also PWM controlled, allowing for automatic pump speed regulation depending on your CPU temperature. Full performance on demand or whisper quiet operation in idle mode!

Integrated Fan splitter hub reduces cable clutter and keeps the unit aesthetically clean. Predator pump and fans plug into the unit itself with only one PWM cable going into CPU Fan socket, while a single SATA molex cable powers the complete unit.

Only £168.95 inc VAT.

the prices are exactly what was stated in the OP

EK-Predator 240 will launch on September 23rd 2015 priced at 199$/£140.31, with EK-Predator 360 following on October 19th 2015 priced at 239$/£168.52. Both units will only be available for Intel CPU sockets. AMD versions are planned for release in 2016.

blame the tax man for that one guys. I was going to round the prices to the closest number to make the prices look nice but decided to keep them as close to the EKWB suggested prices as my system would allow.

To buy the products included in the 240 Predator [which wouldnt be an all in one pump unit with the rad so you would need a reservoir or fill port anyway]

CPU Block - 34.99
RAD - 59.99
Tubing - 3.49
Fittings - 15.16
DDC Pump - 54.98
Coolant - 5.60
Fans - 23.98

Total 198.19

So realistically, the Predator unit is very cheap for what it is.

I use a Corsair H105 now in my Evolv mini ITX,Would love the 240, but don't know if it would fit in the case?

EKWB are releasing a case compatibility list soon.

Once I get one here, then I will be checking some less common cases for compatibility too.

EDIT*
we have one in the office. I just checked using the measurements that EK have on their press info. It will most likely fit, however you may lose your rear fan as the bulkhead at the end of the rad may make the radiator too long to fit both. there is a few different configurations you could use to make it work so it would work for sure but how well would depend on how creative you got with it. Personally, I would empty the system and cut the tubes down a lot to get it fittings nicer into that case.

Very very tempted!!!

My H100i is on its last legs, another removal from the case and the screw holes will be stripped!

Do these use nuts behind the screw holes or are they like all rads in terms of fixture?

Would like to see that list. Cheers

I have asked EK to see if they have any updates on this but I can't imagine it is the sort of info they will have to hand yet.

tough one, the rad is a modified version of CoolStream PE so I guess it just uses the screw mounts off that.

In honesty though, I have an EK Rad from years ago that has been installed in about 20 different setups and had countless screws put into the fan mounts without any threading issues.

Yeah, I think it's down to the construction quality of the H100i. They've offered to replace it but I don't have another cooler to use in its place and I think its easily 2 years old - excuse for an upgrade ;)
