Anyone use these?

I just found a one I bought years ago lying in a box at the house, and have strapped myself in.

I cant stop laughing, I have all these wires dangling off me, and the damn thing is stupidly ticklish.

I remember Bruce Lee has one of thses in "Bruce Lee Story" or whatever its called. I wonder if he used one.

Maybe they do work but so many people don't believe they work that not everyone has one!

A family member of mine done a test on several majour branded ones at Uni to see the effects and nothing came about from them, apart from a muscle pulling 'this is working a lot' feeling

I actually have one of these (impulse buy on ebay, what can I say)

ime it *will* strengthen your abs if you have a weakness but seeing as bodyfat is the main barrier to whether you have visible abs or not, it isn't going to magically give you a six-pack, although it might come in handy to tighten up what you've already got or for sports injuries

They tend not to work, I think it's not a case of getting the muscle to twitch/contract, but getting the muscle to move masses or loads which get's them bigger...there's lots of theories out there...

Ive used them in the past but i would strongly advise you went to gym aswell as using one. The muscle toner did nothing for me until i went to the gym, it helped me get small amounts of definition in areas i placed it but that was for long periods of time.
