Electricity token meter token thing

You need you electricity provider, they aren't overly quick, but you might be able to get an engineer out if it's urgent (children in the house, etc)
 
If its a card with a chip on it like a chip and pin card they have replacements at your outlet that sells them. Just ask for a replacement card.

If its the older card token then they can also exchange these.

At least thats what we did when i used to work for spar.
