Electrics? Lights? Issue...

One of my dipped headlights went kaput the other day (passenger side) and ever since then, the clock which usually illuminates green no longer illuminates when I turn the headlights on and the speedometer etc. no longer illuminates when the lights are on. Will this fix if I replace the dipped headlights bulbs or does it sound like there is an issue with the electrics?

Is there a seperate fuse for the clock?
Use to get same problem with my old laguna.

What car.
Have a look a the fuse box lid, might list the circuits.

Willl be doing this tomorrow but just wanted to check if it could be just because of the bulb if that makes sense.
