Im looking for a monitor upgrade and ive came across these monitors, anybody can across these before they seem mega cheap and have a lot of good comments! I’d like some ocuk Input!

I’m currently using the 24” curved Samsung S24E510C

I’m seeing these monitors coming in at £199 for 4K ultraHD 1ms freesync on a 28” screen.

Am I missing something here? Also they all seem to be freesync. is this for AMD and gsync Intel?

I'm using the 32" IPS 1080p 144hz variant. The screens are all AU Optronics and so far so good. Had mine about a month or so and very pleased with it. Colour accuracy, picture quality and response is superb. No dead pixels, no BLB either. Only thing I can criticise it for is the power and OSD controls feel a bit cheap and are on the back of the screen. The latter isn't so much of an issue really though and makes the front of the screen look neater, although putting the controls on the side would have made more sense!

I’m between this

ElectriQ 32" Full HD IPS Freesync 144Hz Gaming Monitor

And this

ElectriQ 27" Full HD FreeSync 144Hz Curved Gaming Monitor

There’s only a few pounds between the 2 but I can’t believe the final low price. One is £199 and the other £203

Just have a question about the freesync, is this not a amd technology? And if I’m running intel will I give me any benifit?

Also is 144Hz wasted on my 1060 or will it be ok? I’ll be moving up to a 1070 if and when the prices settle

I just bought Electriq 32" 4k. I'm returning it because its too big. But the picture quality is fantastic. And the whole thing is metal. Very impressed.

Freesync does nothing on non AMD cards, I wasn't bothered about it as my GPU never runs games slow enough to need it or too fast that it would tear on a 144hz screen.

I thought that might of been the case, I’ve been ok so far with everything I Play
