Probably a long shot, but at work the accounts manager uses a piece of software called Electrofiche. Not really sure what it does tbh apart from it pulls financial information from a remote location
Anyway he's having problems printing. Basically he can print if he uses the print screen function (not sure on the technical name for it, but what this is what is described to me). However whenever he tries File->Print the program crashes.
I had a quick look at the printer driver and it doesn't seem to want to update.
Any ideas?
