Does anybody use an e-notebook of some kind?

I'm interested in picking one up as a bit of a toy and to help keep things a bit more organised around the house and also to help with some professional development projects.

I've had a look at the Remarkable 2, which looks like a lovely bit of kit. But it's not released yet and it does have quite a high wife justification cost

So I wondered if anyone uses something similar and if they find it's any good?

I just use an ipad and pencil. a lot more flexible and can sync notes across devices.

That's what the Remarkable does, but it's got the feeling of using real pencil on paper using e-ink, that's what you're paying for.

I'm sure the Remarkable 2 is a brilliant at notes but not sure it's enough to justify a separate device. The lack of camera would be a pain, I like being able to snap a photo of a slide and annotate it in one note.
