Hi everyone from Greece! I'm in the market for a new monitor, to be used mainly for gaming. I'm looking mainly to clear some misconceptions I think I have:
I will be buying a 1080p monitor,1-2ms, probably TN. I own a 1060 Nvidia card so FreeSYnc is useless...(and GSync is out of budget...lol).
If I buy a 144HZ monitor wil li have more or less tearing than buying a 60Hz monitor?
I absolutely hate tearing, it ruins the immersion for me, so I am accustomed to use vsync..

How is enabling or disabling vsync alter this?
I know my card cant keep up with more than 144fps at 1080p, in almost all games. So lets say i'll be around 65-80 fps which is preferable, 144 or 60hz?
