Elements 12 question

Doe anyone know if the PS Elements 12 licensing will allow me to install the product on two separate machines using the same license code given it required email login.

It will but the EULA says you can only use one at a time, ie its mostly intended that you can install a copy on a laptop for when away from a 'main' PC
