Does photoshop ELEMENTS support RAW?

As already said, yes. Now, I don't know about version 5, but version 3 and 4 (the Windows editions) support RAW, but not batch processing of RAWs. You have to process each one individually when you load it up into the main editor.

For Windows yeah, not Mac
