Elgato HD60 Pro Help

Hi Guys

Merry xmas to you all. I'm in need of some help please. Gave my son my old hp xw9400 for xmas and got him the Elgato HD60 Pro capture card. I cannot for the life of me get it working. When the card is installed there is no signal from the graphics card at all. Take the capture card out and it works no problem. Tried different pcie slots etc.

Works perfectly in my pc so I know its not the capture card.

Anyone have any ideas??

What operating system are you using and what is you system spec ?

Its got dual quad core opteron cpu's, 32gb ram, gtx 960 and windows 10

Looking at your system spec and the system requirements for the HD60 Pro as long as you have a pcie slot 2.0 x1 or higher it should work.

With it being an older workstation motherboard, perhaps its some form of incompatibility within the PCI-E lanes whilst using multiples?

It does state that it is capable of sli and currently the two cards are both in the x16 slots
