Elgato HD60 Pro issue

I've been in contact with the folks at the OCUK tech support department and they've been stumped by this one, and I've also contacted Elgato directly so hopefully I'll get an answer from there. But in the meantime I thought I'd post it here too incase anyone has any ideas about this.

I tried installing the HD60 Pro in my system this past weekend but when I turn the pc back on it seems that the keyboard is disabled. I tried different usb ports even another keyboard but still nothing. I turned off the pc, removed the card and turned it back on again and the issue disappeared. I tried this again incase it was some anomaly but it happened again so I gave up trying to get this figured (it was getting quite late). Has ANYONE got any thoughts on this one? It's a damned shame as I was hoping to capture some gameplay with this great looking card but for whatever reason it doesn't seem to work with the card in my system.

Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions received.

Does sound strange.

I'd be tempted to give it a go in another slot (You can use the full size PCI-E slots too) and see how you get on.
