OMG, that guy a) has skillz and b) has balls! I could have sworn he was getting boxed into that right hand wall about half way though!
 
wow, thats so impressive overtaking and not a hint of touching in sight, didnt learn it in gt4 as the title said, theres only 6 cars on the track :P

Also is Bathurst in GT4? Like you could learn anything other then the track shape from GT4 tbh, nits not like its a sim game afterall. :p

Very good skills anyhow, makes me want an Elise even more! Also its not one of the easiest tracks ever.
 
nah only game bathurst is in is toca games, such a brilliant track, even better when you see 20odd v8 supercars flying round it!

Why does every one like Australian V8s? I for one hate them. Im pretty sure they took to the american way of building cars and not europein :o

The kicked the japanese cars out the the super car series down here because the holdens and fords couldnt keep up :p

He just carried loads of speed through one of the corners which meant he had a massive advantage over the rest.

A few mph faster out of a corner makes a massive difference.
 
Hes a good driver, very impressive with his driving skills. a lot of them corners, he managed to get faster exit speed which gave him the upper hand on the other drivers. It looked very easy but Im sure it was. True professional at work. would have been great to be sat next to him.

Great peice of driving.
 
Lairy is good, until I nudge off some guy in an Impreza and he throws a wobbly. ;)

I saw a huge smash on a road rally a couple of years ago. Mate of mine had broken down in the middle of a lane, just over a blind brow. Next car through came flat over the brow, threw the car into the bank in desperation to scrub off speed, pinballed off and still took out the entire rear 3/4 of the stranded Escort.

Both crews brushed themselves down, shrugged shoulders and said "**** happens" and trailered their mangled cars home to repair.

Can't see that being the outcome at a track day if my £300 205 gouges the side out of a £20,000 EVO :o
 
His car wasnt particuarly faster as you can see in one of the early straights - he just keeps level with the cars in front. He just keeps his speed amazingly well through the corners - great driving!!

That makes it so much more impressive - just left them for dead.
 
I've never understood who should hold their line in circuit racing. If you dive up the inside of someone going into a corner and they hold their line I assume it's their fault if they hit you. I'd rather just hoon round lanes for the moment.
