This isnt a repost, but a continuation....

It would appear that the elise has been found by SELOC users and shows signs of being recently repaired, police and newspapers are taking a greater interest now, so hopefully its only a matter of time before they're caught!
 
Someone leaves to need a note on his wiper with a URL to the thread on PH :)

I think it's almost a certainty now that these ******* **** ***** ***** ***** will get nicked. When the owner has seen the video evidence who on earth WOULDN'T send it to the police and get a 'formal' crime number?

This will be one of the wierdest crimes the Police will have investigated I think :D All their hard work has already been done. All they gotta do is send round a morning raid squad. Hours work, tops.
 
Really hope they get charged, cant believe they would be so stupid to post it up online. They deserve everything thats coming to them :)

Ah ok, I only saw the thread that started off with everyone bitching about nazi moderating and having tantrums over not being told why it was removed. Didn't know there was a new 'on topic' one.

Yeah I can understand the mods removing it because it was quickly turning into a moderation discussion. But I can also understand the folks there being severely aggitated by the moderation. PH were in a bit of a catch 22 situation.

1. randomer finds video of 3 thugs vandalising a car in London (in this case a Lotus Elise) and posts it on Pistonheads forum
2. thread quickly turns to id'ing the thugs - easily done as the video was hosted on their own MySpace page!!! Idiots!
3. they now have their home addresses, work addresses, mobile phone numbers
4. still don't have the owner of the Lotus though
5. PH mods begin deleting posts due to them containing personal details (albeit of blatently guilty but not proven guilty thugs)
6. thread gets removed.
7. by this stage it is practically an internet phenomenon...

The video is on Youtube, just search for "lotus elise trashed"... The thugs removed it from their MySpace on Sunday because clearly they knew they were in deep deep ****.
 
Aahhh i see, i hope all turns out well, obviously this has been said, but i just don't know why the hell someone would want to do this :confused:??? The world we live in :(
