Anybody else got this yet? I decided to have a gamble on it this afternoon when I was out shopping for a new game and I think I've hit the jackpot. This is the kind of game that really exploits the DS touch screen to the full. Most of the songs are really good too, especially the old Disco Classic (September I think it's called) on the level where you are clearing clouds from the sky and also YMCA on the Pirate Ship level while yoi're searching for hidden treasures.

For those that don't know, it's a rhythm action game and you play the part of the titular Elite Beat Agents as you travel around the world solving problems for people with the power of dance! Definitely recommended and one of the best games I've played on the DS. :)

Had ti for a few months now. Great game but still prefer Ouendan personally :D Between them they have destroyed my touchscreen ;)

I haven't played the Japanese original but I'm loving EBA. I am a bit worried about my screen though, that wheel spinning thing is going to cause problems maybe.

Brilliant game, I'm off to have another quick go before my wife gets home and pinches it for a few hours :p

Is it that bad for the screen? Even with screen protectors?

*crosses off list*

Nope, you'll get some scratches but that's to be expected for a touchscreen. It's won't destroy it or lower visibility.

I don't use screen protectors as they are useless but after playing Ouendan and EBA through 3 times each my screen just has some tiny visible scratches that are noticeable only when it's switched off.

I thought EBA was only out in the US?
All the release dates on the internet point to February..

I'm tempted to order it on import.

Just got Elite Beat Agents today, and I'm quite impressed, they haven't taken away too much of what Ouendan had, even though it's obv lost some of the Jap quirkyness lol "OUENDAAAAAN!!!!!!!!111"

Oh, and crazy pirate + YMCA = Must buy :D

Got my copy of "Ouendan" now. And it's even better than EBA.

If you have a DS you have to get at least one of these. I think buying EBA first was the right choice though, as the menus are the same layout as the Japanese ones in Ouendan :D

Yep, far superior in my opinion.

Personally i'd put them at the same level, both are excellent games and i would recommend getting both instead of either one, the question is purely down to your musical tastes, which for me whilst i like the jap music i prefer EBAs
