but is the 360 elite quiet ?

There's a few posts about it.

It all depends on what DVD drive is fitted, some are noisier than others, and it's just a pick of the draw what's in each Elite.

My 360 Premium from 2006 is fine, at least I can't hear it when the sound is on. I swear some people must sit with their head next to it and the TV on mute or something.
