I really like this shot

Her face is maybe a little too blown out, decrease exposure a little in pp, would like to see more detail in her skin.

Maybe don't crop out the top of her head also, but the expression is really nice.

Look forward to seeing more.

I think commenting on PP is fair game. Did you do any local adjustment to the white of her eye? Much prefer the first one. Nice lighting, great catchlight. I would have cropped it less centrally but that's just me.
