I want to build a HTPC, but want it to be a great games machine as well - i'll address the noise problem probably by watercooling.

What is a good overclocking M-ATX motherboard for an Intel chip?

Whats a good CPU to get?

How do I use HDMI output for video and sound, or does that not work?

If I get an ATI 4850/70 do they have HDMI output?

As for CPU something like the Core 2 Duo E7200.

4850 has HDMI so a good option and a great games card to.
