Too many areas that just aren't good enough for me - menu system and UI isn't friendly, inventory and item icons aren't styled well so yeah generally i don't like the art style or design. Quests and interaction is boring AF, not an overall enjoyable experience.
Compare it with Tera or BDO then personally It's not a good effort.
