Were currently moving from 1 isp to another and consequently losing all out email address, to stop this happening again can anyone recommend a decent secure email service, 2 emails required. I read about paying a hosting company like £5 a year and they will supply you with address and as long as u pay the fee u have tose address for ever, anyone heard of this and if anyone had any info please post.

cheers!

Yeap, you're best bet is to go somewhere like www.1and1.co.uk and buy your own domain name. Most can be bought pretty cheaply. Then for no extra cost you use their control panel to forward any mail sent to your domain to your ISP supplied account. You can set up individual addresses to go to different forwarding accounts or a wildcard to send everything to one address. This way you could change your ISP/POP3 account every month but give contacts an e-mail address that is constant because you just change the forwarding address.

The other option is a hosted Exchange account but this is more expensive and not of much more benefit to the average user.
