email adds from hotmail to outlook?

does anyone know if its possible to transfer all email addresses from a hotmail account to outlook 2003?

Is there an option to export in the File menu?

If so just export to a .pst file then when in Outlook 2003 goto file > Import/Export then choose to import from a file or another program, then select Personal Folder File (.pst).
