Email and calendar syncing....

Dont know if im in the right section but does anyone know a cheap system to push my mail, contacts and calendar to my win mobile 6 phone?

I want to update my calendar on the phone and pc and vice versa while out and about etc. With both updating very quickly.

I dont want to go down the exchange server route.

The exchange server route is the only way it will work properly.

You thought about buying a mailbox on a hosted exchange rather than doing it yourself?

Exchange seems to be the best way, but obviously, expensive and not so simple.

There is a website that one of my collegues is using which provides exchange server with activesync connection for free - and it will collect mail from other accounts.

Otherwise you could try Scalix, not sure if there is a mobile connector for it though.

It's coming but I don't think its available yet.

Have a look around ScheduleWorld or look at running your own Funambol server. I've tried both (although not syncing email) and they work very well.
