im having a few problems lately with my w10 install. it has run more or less fine since i upgraded from w7 last yr but in the last week or so i am having 2 strange problems..... firstly if i use the w10 email app i can read my sky emails but i cannot access any links contained within any email. oddly if i mouse over a link in email i get a grey popup with the full link http adress, but when i clik a new box opens saying link cannot be opened! if i use either edge browser or firefox to go directly to my email page then it works fine. secondly i have a list of 11 updates sitting in windows store that will not complete.. no matter what i do each fails and says error, please retry! have googled both probs but not had much joy. any ideas????

bumping my question back up.... i still cant get the w10 store to update or downlod any apps. it tells me acquiring license..... then says download failed please try again! have heard that there have been some store problems recently can anyone advise if this is whats happening here??? have tried the windows store repair tool thingy, turned my kaspersky off n on and run sfscannow from an elevated cmd prompt but no problems show. should i wait for next update to hopefully fix this or shall i clean install? if i know its a general problem others having then i will wait.
