Hi.

I am having a problem with emails and multiple devices collecting (Phone, tables, home PC). I have a number of accounts from hosted domains, ISP, Hotmail etc and would like to find something that will allow me to collect all my mail in a single server at home (WHS 2011 pref but others may be possible in a new dedicated ESXi VM running Linux) and have connectivity options for my phone to view and reply etc without downloading the mail and removing it.

As this is mainly for personal home use the budget will be... smaller the better :D.

Any suggestions.
Thanks

Just taking a look now.

Trying to work out how to route multiple email accounts for multiple domains to the email servers for the individual domains rather than using server for the domain I had to register for Google Apps.

I may need to think about this one a bit.

Overview;
multiple domains hosted with a provider
multiple email addresses for each domain
Hotmail email
ISP email

Desire;
Central point to collect and make available to all my separate domains email (separate mailboxes and logins).
Replying to email can be handled by configuring email client on device to have the domains smtp server as the outbound.

Idea;
Mail server in 'Mother' domain collects email from all other domains and puts them in separate mailboxes.
Client views the mails and can reply / forward etc but only one client can delete (home PC).

Problem;
Different domains will have the same email accounts (purchasing@, sales@, info@, Support@) how to segregate the different domains email 'boxes' on the mother server that are common across multiple domains.

This is probably pretty simple to setup but I really have not investigated the various email options out there and what they can do.

Regards
