Email between 2 computers

Hi!

Just a simple question, I have a cpanel email account which my father uses and he has a work PC and work laptop and I'm just wondering how can the emails he receive sync between both the computers?

Because if he receives email on one of the computers, the other computer will not receive the same email.

set them up using IMAP instead of pop3

this will sync the email on all computers..

Alternatively tick the box for "Leave copy of messages on server" in the advanced settings. This means you will receive the same mails on both machines but you wouldn't get a proper sync as emails deleted etc won't get updated on both.

In OE:

Tools --> accounts --> go into the account --> advanced tab --> tick leave copy of messages on server

In Outlook:

Tools --> E-Mail accounts --> go into the account --> More Settings --> Advanced --> tick leave copy of messages on server

You can specify this to leave a copy for x days if you want as well so the account doesn't fill up.
