email clients/webmail setup

Hi all,

I have my hosting via Vidahost whom ive used for years now, recommend via you guys!

I've been trying to setup via Cpanel an email which i can use both on my pc and on my iphone.

I have managed to setup on my Iphone but its very unreliable and I can't seem to delete the old messages. And when I log in to web mail its very poor and I can't see emails on the server at all. But they are on the phone.

Probably something simple but its annoying me!

any help would be appreciated

Sorry ignore this Solved my own issues! using windows live mail client on pc

and manually set via mail client on iphone it didn't like it for some reason
