Email/Cloud Questions

I have 4 email accounts each has a different purpose.* I use outlook 2000 as an email client but I am starting to loath it. I am looking for a cloud IMAP based solution that can hold all my email data so I can access and manage it on the move. * I use an Android phone and don’t own any apple devices although i used.* with this in mind i have the following: *

1. My own domain name. Email downloads directly to my Outlook at home via POP3
2. A .mac account giving me everything that comes with it (I want to actually phase this out this year as I am no longer a MAC fanboI)
3. A Gmail account which I am slowly using more and more
4. Hotmail account that I use for bits and bobs. *

I also have a small amount of data that i always like to keep uploaded.* Doc's, pictures etc. * I wondered how you guys manage this kind of problem? * Any ideas or suggestions would be welcome. *

Just get the gmail account to grab the others, or get them to forward emails to it, then use google docs or dropbox (or alternatives) for file storage.
