Hi all.

I'm looking for some advice on which programs to try that suit our needs.

We are looking for an email program for a tennis club. We have to store members information such as name, address, the usual stuff but also be able to put them into categories such as age or specific things such as social or vets tennis.

There will be 2 people using the same account on different computers so will need to be synced

We currently use a webmail program which is as ancient as the hills. We need to keep the same email address "[email protected]" so as long as we can log in with that and don't need to create a new email.

All help would be fantastic!

Have a look at google apps - you can register your domain, which will give you a gmail type interface, and will be able to have a central shared address book. You can also use a shared calendar system as well, which is useful if you need to schedule stuff for your club.
