We're in the process of migrating mail to 365, as part of the process users have been instructed to set a rule in OWA that forwards all mail to their new addresses.
Problem is, that for some people, they can set it as [email protected], but then after a while, it re-sets itself to [email protected].
Any ideas why?
And is there some sort of transport rule i can set that will automatically forward for people if i set it? Seeing as the first part of the address 'fred' is in exactly the same format...?
