Email forwarding Exchange 2003

Hey guys,

Im trying to figure out the best way of forwarding emails from a departmental mailbox to multiple blackberry users.

Users are currently running Outlook 2007 and for some reason the rules are no longer working.

Is there anyway to forward emails directly from the exchange server? I know its possible for a single address via Delivery Options. Unfortunately its 4-5 staff members that require it.

Any ideas?

To forward to multiple users/contacts you need to set up a distrubution group. Add the required users/contacts to that group then set the forwarding to forward to the group.
