So last night I sent them an email explaining that my power supply burnt out and I returned the power supply and then the new one doesnt work because the motherboard is broken along with harddrive, ram and video card.
This is the reply I got..
"you can have a refund on thies items sir the only thing that we can do is make
returns numbers for the faulty items and if proven faulty then we can replay the
item, with the boot up saying DISK BOOT FAILURE have you made sure the your hard
drive is the 1st to be booted up at start up.
