Email help outlook & office2007

all works well we have 6 pc's laptop on a small network (no server) i just want a simple way of keeping all sent email,, ie anything thats sent out is kept,

maybe a user we have is sending andthen deleting it from sent/deleted i want to stop that,

how does it get done, we use pop3 as i understand imap gives them even more control to delete so it wont stop.

just clarity can keep all incomings as they on server and directed to there inboxes,

i want t okeep eye track outgoing any and all from my pc's

can it be done

I'm sure Microsoft have a backup utility that sits on the network backing up all emails sent and received.

Not sure where it is though. Will have a dig around later.

I am not all clued up with this but I do think you would be better off with a small server so that you can at least have an exchange set up.
