Email Hosting Help

Hi,

I have recently purchased a domain for my website from LCN.com and setup email forwarding to an existing email I own (outlook) without purchasing email hosting.

Am I right in thinking that I cannot send emails as an alias from my existing email as my domain address I can only receive emails? in order to do so I would have to purchase email hosting?

I'm really hoping someone can help me out with this.

Looking at the LCN website - "All our domain names come with a free IMAP mailbox", why are you not using this?

Otherwise, yes, forwarding only allows you to receive emails using the domain alias.

So I've managed to setup to send emails from my domain with outlook I didn't actually see LCN offered an IMAP Mailbox.
