I know, but I can't help myself. I always get sent emails late at night that 'urgently' needs looking at. 99% of the time it's not really remotely urgent. Jobsworths

You can save time and energy and also make yourself appear a lot more intelligent by simply not typing every sentence as a paragraph.

Broken that one many times, not been smitten or paid. The penalties are even worse if you send them late in the evening.

We use Novell WebAccess at work. It's okay but it has it's limitations. A nice touch is that I can log into it from my iPhone and check emails when not on duty.

I disagree, i find forums much easier to read when posts are spaced like the OPs.

I never delete a single email, I also dont start putting them all into folders.

Instead if I need a email I search for it.

I have my ISPs email which is pushed to my gmail account and pushed to my android phone. I have work email pushed to my blackberry that I leave in the office, don't charge and never turn on. It's also on lotus notes so I just use it there.

I use Thunderbird to manage my gmail account.

I keep my work email (Exchange 2007/Outlook 2010) separate from my gmail/hotmail. Trying to wean off of hotmail for simplicity's sake. All works nicely with android though
