Email monitoring software

Hi

Is there any software available for a reasonable cost that can be used to monitor all incoming & outgoing emails from an exchange server on sbs 2003.

Apart from telling users that email is monitored are there any other laws regarding email monitoring?

Take a look at the GFI products (http://www.gfi.com. Depending on what you want to do with the messages - monitor or archive them, they have a pretty good product that will do the job.
