Email not being received correctly

Hey Guys.
We have a client who cannot receive any of our emails. They were receiving them up to about 3 months ago but then they have just stopped going through and it only came to light when we following up about a project we were working with them on.

Anyway our domain is bnlproductions.co.uk and the clients is squaredassets.com

We host their website however their mail is hosted through 123-reg. Everything else works perfectly fine they just can't receive mail from our domain.

Any suggestions? I believe our SPF records and domain keys are setup right but it would be great if you guys could point me in the right direction.

Check to see if they have added your domain to a blocked senders list or similar. I use webmail when the clients are offline to check this.

In SPF and reverse DNS case the email should have landed in spam folder, have you confirmed if they have checked the spam box. It can also be a case that your IP is blacklisted on their server.
