Email notification broken links?

Anyone else getting issues with the email notification for replies on threads?
When I click on the view this thread button, I get the following error.

Network Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occurred: "Connection refused"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

Any ideas?

Known issues at the moment:

Email notifications (including trust system) either not working or intermittent.
Timeout when posting resulting in multiple posts.
Search function borked.
Hamster low oil light illuminated.

Haha ok no problem. For a while yesterday I thought the site was down.
