Basically . . .

Is there a way of letting 3 pcs on a workgroup read the same email folder (2 are running vista, 1 is xp) stored on 1 pc to allow them all to receive and send via the same email address?

i.e. PC1 is running XP and the email account is on Outlook Express. Is fine to send and receive via this. Can PC2&3 also read the folder on PC1 at the same time and receive emails at the same time, or at least get the emails coming through on the other 2.

Sorry if this is difficult to read / explain. Are there any programs out there (Because i dont think Vista has Outlook Express) that can do this? Or can the default ones with vista and xp do it?

Hmm. This isnt my email or any of my pcs. This is for my lasses work. Only a small place and i tend to do all their IT stuff for them. How can i find out if their provider supports IMAP? I believe they use ukonline for their emails, is it as simple as just asking them? Ive never had anything to do with email in this depth. Same as POP3, is it easy enough to change how long its left on the server for?
