Can anyone point me in the direction of a good free email provider? I have Gmail which is great and Yahoo, but i get an massive amount of Spam with both, especially Gmail which is doing my head in!!! Help!! Thanks

Windows Live Mail!!! (Beta) :D

Its really nice! not quite there with firefox support yet :( but i find it very good.

I had a gmail account but did NOT like the web interface  up until this weekend i had been using outlook with pop3, but now i have a laptop and need to access my emails on both, i decided to switch back to hotmail (trying to sync 20 outlook folders is not fun!). Best part is Windows Live Mail works much like outlook/outlook express so i feel right at home :D

I pay for mine at www.fastmail.fm but there is a free option.

I find them excellent
Same. Flipping excellent. I run it through Thunderbird though. How long have you signed up for? I signed up for 5 years I think. Well worth it. If only I'd signed up to nod32 for 3 years.

Anyway, although Gmail does get quite a bit of spam I've noticed that when I have my Gmail account in Thunderbird that I don't see any of the spam. I suppose the Gmail spam filters as well as the Thunderbird ones running together are quite effective.

So why not try running Gmail through Thunderbird? Gmail automatically deletes spam email after a month doesn't it?

I am starting to get a load of Spam in my Inbox too now!! It is a right pain. I thought Gmail was good at sifting through it? Gee i need a better Email provider!!
