I am looking for a bit of software to help me with my job. I need a program to assist me when sending emails out. Basically I am sending out about 50 emails a day using more or less the same template changing the name and subject for each person I contact. After two days If I have not heard back I will send a reminder, after another two days I will send a final reminder.
I am currently just using outlook and recording information in excel for each person I contact and when I contact them.
I am just looking for something to speed up the process as I’m sure a lot of what I am doing could be automated.
