Hi all,

Firstly let me appologise for posting in this section as im not too sure where to post but hey,


Im about to reformat my computer and want to keep all the emails and contact details saved so that once i have formatted i can the drag and drop the saved files back so when i use outlook express all my previous emails and contact addys are there!

So what folder and where are they stored?

Im using windows XP pro and use IE 7 with outlook express.

It wont allow me to copy my local settings. The file contain app dats which is shadowed out and a temp folder that it will allow me to copy.
 
search your drive for "*.dbx" leave out quote marks
This will give you all your OE folders which you can then save.
